Should Microsoft give up in Japan?

Wii 12.7, PS3 9.1, 360 1.6 (million) in Japan. Think about the cost of localization, marketing, the staff they need there, ect. They have to be bleeding money. IMO they should shift towards South America and Europe. They will stay in Japan but I don't think next generation will be any different.
