It must be really far up the list. I don't think entire countries would send their best fighters after a DF which only has a symbolic value. With all this talk about advantages in war and diplomatic relations...It's pretty powerful as a Logia, but we've already seen MUCH stroger Logia powers. I wonder how strong the countries participating in this tournament are...
