7/10=Return to Shanbody Arc
6.5/10=Fishman Island Arc
8/10=Punk Hazard Arc
9.5/10=DressRosa Arc (so far it looks like it can compete with enies lobby arc!)

My rankings:

Return to Sabaody -> 7.5/10
Fishman Island Arc -> 5.5/10 (overly long and pretty boring until the big fight started)
Punk Hazard Arc -> 8.5/10
Dressrosa -> 9/10 so far

both of ours are very close! Yeah So since punk hazard is over maybe you should ask Questions? Like Ex: Favorite New Character/Fight/Technique(attack)!

Very well...favorite new Character -> Monet (She isn't dead and she WILL join eventually...SHE.MUST.NOT.BE.DEAD -_-)
                     favorite fight ->... ... ... ... Law vs. Smoker ... ... Zoro vs Dragon ... ... ... Zoro vs Monet ... ... ...? I really can't decide on this one :D
