Enjoy the bubble while it lasts, start buying property and short sell it in a year or two. The last bubble lasted around 4-5 years at its peak. Of course, there's always the chance this bubble collapses with you holding the deed to a now worthless piece of real estate.
Not sure what his obsession with slick Willie is, but it needs to end. False prosperity isn't conducive to a healthy market.
