I would say Trials Evolution.  One of my favorite games this generation including full retail titles, although Mark of the Ninja is really good.  Haven't played Dust yet.

Have you played around with the Trials Evolution creative mode? I hear it's so open ended that you can make other types of games than just side scrolling motor bike. I've seen vids of FPS and pod racer games.

People did versions of Marble Blast, a pinball machine, and even wander around 3D areas that look haunted.  It isn't as diverse as LittleBigPlanet, but still has promise to it.
