Comparing frame rates in a video is silly. Remote play will likely be inferior to Wii U in some ways, but superior in others. Remote play will probably have greater range, which is good. On the negative, it will probably have greater latency. I'm pretty sure that I heard a Sony rep say that Gaikai would work well for slower games like rpgs, but not be all that good for games that depend on low lag, such as shooters. I would expect remote play to have some lag in real life compared to the Gamepad - which many tech people were surprised had no lag at all.

That said, I think remote play will be a factor in about 0.000425% of PS4 purchases. I know it's not a factor at all for me.
