Sony and Nintendo have both cleaned up their act considerably with regards to indie developers. It's time for Microsoft to step up to the plate. The XBLA release sounds like a disaster and Xbox is noticeably absent from his list of platforms. That could be the reason why.
What I like is that many developers have been very pleased with how their games have performed on the Vita.
