I'm pretty sure he means that because it isn't exclusive to next gen (hence the "next gen exclusive"), and thus will be dialed down for current gen, he is disappointed.

Yes? PS4 is next gen. 720 is next gen. Next gen exclusive = exclusive to next gen consoles, i.e. not releasing on current gen

This is how I read it. Between this and MGS5 not being PS4 (Exclusive) or at least next gen exclusive, I don't care much for this.
