Please help my PS3 wont let me play Bioshock infinite :,(

So yeah my PS3 for some reason turns off by itself whenever I tried to play bioshock infinite. It was fine at first I can play bioshock for a long period before my ps3 turns off by itself. Now it turns off every few minuets. I tried standing my ps3 and it worked fine for about 30 mins. I can watch 2 ep of Game of Thrones just fine and my brother can play Final Fantasy XIII for hours. 

 

My PS3 started turning off by itself when I started playing God Of War Ascension. But I could off easily delete my game unity data and play GOWA for a while before my PS3 turns off by itself again, thus I repeat the process again. However this dosen't work on bioshock infinite. And the last time I tried playing bioshock by ps3 tried off not before I saw flash off a yellow light. And thats why I stopped playing bioshock infinite. 

 

Before I had my ps3 sent for repairs cause my ps3 could play disc and the disc would often get stuff and that was a month ago.  And when my ps3 turns off by itself the red light will blink on and off. I have to hold down on the off/on button to stop the blinking. 

 

Sign why the f is this happening to me. I just want to play bioshock infinite on the easter holidays D:

 

Edit: I dont think its a heating problem. Cause when I turned on my ps3 in the morning to play bioshock and not even 2 mins in the game my ps3 turned off. 

I need to know the problem, so I can decide on my next course off action and soon cause its the easter holidays. 

I have a 80GB PS3 fat
