There was a big uproar about a Hip Hop mix with Dubstep on the Battlefield 4 demonstration video. This for me just shows how immature and intolerant is the gaming community. That just go hand to hand with machismo, xenophobia and racism on online gaming
Most of the video gamers in US that I know are anti-social and know so little about social aspects of the "real" society. I grew up playing Killer Instinct with 10 people in my living room and video game was just a fraction of what we did because we didn't like to stay at home.
I used to love GTA because Rockstar caters to a wide variety of cultures not just ethnicity. The other devs are just grown up gamers that reflect the gaming community IMO.
