How is that relevant?
Makes you wonder why they don't just buy some 3rd party games. Why should he be afraid of the money Nintendo have?

Because they could rush in with a hostile takeover. Fire everyone with prejudice, but not before taking legal steps to make sure that they can never make an engine similar to unreal again, and then completely horde unreal away from all third parties, and watch them twist in the wind like the visionless, talentless hacks they are.

You are a mod, behave like one. This raged drivel means nothing. Epic supplies a great deal of third parties of a powerful, cheap, easy-to-use, and powerful engine. They have many. many business associatives and not without reason.

I'll admit to embarrassing myself, if everyone else acknowledges that Epic and the industry embarrassed themselves on friday, and that their behavior is further proof of their malice against Nintendo.

Sorry but nintendo's gaming market is different from the one Sony is in and different from the one that the big publishers are in. When it comes to platformers and kids games 3rd party makes sure to make a wii version and market it for the wii. The wii u is for people who want to play nintendo franchise games plus some 3rd party on the side. If publishers feel that making a wii u version of a game is a waste of time and money then whats it to you? The wii u is also weak and would be the lowest denominator when games move purely to next gen. UE 4 is a nextgen graphics engine which the wii u just won't be able to hande. Hopefully Nintendo realizes that next gen they have to accept making bigger losses on their hardware so they can sell a machine that is comparable to what the future wants.
