Nintendo could buy Epic games serveral times over with just the cash they have lying around.....

They might not be willing to put their devs on it... or even if they did they might put their shoddy devs on it.

 

A better way would be the Gabe Newell way.

 

Offer to port it yourself... ala Doom95.

To prove that windows is a viable gaming platform.
