You're assuming this, that's interesting.
In a pre-Wii U world (Pre E3 2011 wasn't it?) I think if someone had asked an informed gamer if Sony's next console and handheld would interact with eachother in this manner, they'd have said yes because it's a natural evolution of the already existing PSP/PS3 interactivity.
Regardless, we should all wait for the final hardware to see just how well it's implemented. Youtube videos certainly aren't the best way to do this.
