Because you tried to download a 1 hour, 12 GB TRIAL with several 1+ GB updates, and it didn't download fast enough for you?
That sounds like a you issue sir. This has absolutely nothing to do with the console at all.
It was EA's large game trying to download on your internet's shitty download speed.
I downloaded DC Universe online in 3 hours, and that is a WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY bigger download than Battlefield 3.
This may very well be the dumbest reason I have ever heard for returning a console. Returning a console because your friends have another console and you want to play with them, Is a legit excuse.
This is just dumb dumb.
