The quality of the first video is just shitty and in the IGN one i don't see any poor framerate on the Vita...

Me and bananaking21 saw it. Look when he is running through the vent how it begins to skip frames.

Sorry man but i can't see it and also it's not enough to judge the quality of the streaming(something that on PS3 was working pretty well).
