You basically confirmed the frame rate really is poor (as we all know from what we see in the video) by making up excuses for it. If you really didnt think it was poor there would be no need to defend it.

Then you could have just said that from the beginning instead of just telling me there are no frame rate issues when there clearly are.

there isnt, i dont see any. but even if you do, then its normal. its not that hard
