I say ps1 and ps2. Get some of those games that received great reviews but didn't sell as well as they should. Maybe some of the games that had online though maybe thouse servers might be shut down by now. Currently they are lacking in rpgs so why not do some of the classics to fill that void. Currently the only game I would want from psn is warhawk and in the future LBP. Hope they introduce more stuff maybe in gdc.
