I think the real problem is that the videos suggest Uncharted 2 was the first game to use said game elements (exploding barrels, really?), which is really not true. But yeah, the game plays a lot like Uncharted 2, which is mostly a good thing.

It doesn't have to be the first for Tomb Raider to be influenced by it. They saw what was popular, and Uncharted is in that category. The MP is a pretty bad case of an inferior ripoff though

Yeah, the MP is horrible. And since I like UC2 I have exactly zero problems with TR being influenced by it (even if my post on page 1 may seem to suggest otherwise - it only was aimed towards the videos themsevles).
