I don't know when it comes to graphics, but when it comes to gameplay, I feel bad for 360 (possibly PS3) users if the game isn't slowed down to accommodate the controllers of the console compared to the PC's keyboard and mouse.
This game looks like an extremely fast paced game and you'll need to be aware of everything seeing as the AI directer will probably be sending zombies at you from all directions.
