Actually, just because you need Kinect doesn't mean you are going to use it. It could be integrated. Actually, if it is necessary in order to play I bet komikichi's account that it will be integrated. There is no way Micro will tell you: "You need this thing to play but it is sold separately". Kinect isn't just a memory card or something like that.
Also, Kinect has other functions besides motion control like moving and selecting stuff and voice commands to yell at Milo when he starts masturbating at your kill streak.
