If the PS4 price tag is where i think its gonna be at ill bet it will be lower then the Wii U which had the right price tag for a new console,you should never have to pay more then 350 (400 for a console IMO and this couldnt be more true at launch for a unproven piece of hardware that your pretty much banking your hard earned cash into. Heck the PS3 was the only console to ever be launched above $400 (and was a success later in its lifetime) and we all remember how badly it did when the economy was still in a stable state just think how bad it will do this time if its price tag is in the 450 to 500 dollar range.
Dont get me wrong i plan on buying a PS4 (since i buy every console) but the price tag will decide if i get it at launch or a few months/years after.
