Sarcasm is extremely hard to detect on the internet lol, normally phrasing like that is normally be reinforcement of the reality of something which is seemingly unrealistic. Its like saying, "Seriously"...
But I just don't believe this. So I guess it was sarcasm, although poorly expressed IMO
