PS4 will have tablet class CPU (though 8 core one) clocked at 1,6Ghz with budget-level (even for today standards) GPU with power between Radeon 7830 and 7850.
You simply need to compromise with such hardware.

No, PS4 specs aren't exactly going to match a $2000 PC, but you are greatly downplaying how powerful these specs are. 8 to 10x as powerful as the PS3.

The APU inside the PS4 greatly outperforms even the $600 iPads out there. Do I even need to mention the 8GB of GDDR5 RAM? Tablets are stuck with very cheap ordinary RAM. It is not optimal for games.
