Yes It all needs to be done by a high class developer with a high budget or else it won't work. It would be a risky project and require a few things in terms of AI that haven't been done before. And there are alot of ways how this can be screwed up. I also think it will not be done any time soon. But I think if done right it could really offer something new and be successful to a certain extent .
Its just how I wish a new Jurassic Park game would be. I want next gen gameplay and not just next gen graphics.
