The PS4 version will look decently worse.  Perhaps this is why they are rumored to be making it in 720p for nextgen.


Maybe. Consoles will have a custom chipset which will be optimized. That's the main part about consoles. The optimization that goes on makes a huge difference to the point where your eye cannot properly tell the difference between console and PC. If your PC monitor is 32inch and your TV is 46'', you will barely tell the difference if you're sitting at the same distance of 6 feet.
