Well we have Tell Tales Jurassic Park ( I think that is who made it). We also have Turok and Dino Crisis. We also have that new Dinosaur game coming to PS4. To me I would just try to reboot Turok or Dino Crisis. Just make them with good quality. The last Turok turned out to be my biggest disappointment this gen.
