Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, Gun, the firs NFS, and many other 2005-2006 games were basically up-rezzed last-gen titles and were not very impressive, even at the time. COD2 as mentioned, was VERY impressive as a 360 launch title. It felt like something that could not have been accomplished on Xbox/PS2.
I think Golden Compass, Jumper, Iron Man, and Hour of Victory get my vote.
