Misleading article title. The author makes it sound like there was some poll or some concrete evidence showing that Indie devs were flocking to Playstation over other console brands, but the contents of the article have nothing to back that up.
It's simply a "25 upcoming Indie games" article, and spread out over all 3 platforms of PS3, PS4, and PS Vita.
