I missed a window where the employer was offering this sort of medical package, that you paid out of pocket, and whose windows past. The thing wouldn't even meet the minimum standards required by Mass. to prevent getting fined. That is how bad it was. Actually I am in my 40s and I see no indication you can get anything like that for that low.
