Early indications are that Wii U sales are up in the UK a signifcant amount, perhaps more than 50%. I think Vita sales will be down again in Japan this week, perhaps to sub-20k levels. So, assuming Wii U is up in the rest of Europe and in the US with the launch of new titles, and Vita is down, it seems reasonable to say they will switch places in the rankings, this week, no?
