I don't think so, unless the social features really catch on.
The only home consoles I would call revolutionary are:
Atari 2600
NES
PS1
Wii
Basically, these consoles expanded the gaming audience beyond previous gens by a lot by finding new markets, thus making gaming less and less niche and more mainstream.
I don't think PS4 will do that, or any next gen console for that matter.
