And considering I don't care at all what Windows 8 does, the answer would be "No", even after three months of W8 use. I have the symbol bar at the bottom with the programs I want, the desktop icons I want, everything just like in XP before, so why would I care? And yes, there are a few grave design faults built into W8, and the full screen "buy XBox gamesadds" are annoying at best (somehow when I click around, I often end up on that part of W8). More problems I have with my new beQuiet ps, three months old and my pc has started to reboot in minute's intervals...

That is one of the great things about operating systems. You can customize them how you want. But since you dislike it so much, you can always go buy XP and install that on your computer.

I'm absolutely astounded how much hate Windows 8 has gotten because the lack of the "Start" button, when it is still there. It just doesn't say "Start". You click there, and there's your start menu. "Oh, but it looks way different than before". It's no different people, you can move things around as you please, add things to it how you want, and type in something to search for whatever it is you are looking for.

And the classic "I don't understand how to turn off my computer now". Ctrl+Alt+Delete, bottom right side is power stuff. These things aren't that complicated.

Don't get me wrong, I despise some of the apps on Windows 8. They are made extremely poorly, and need some major work done to them, but there are others that are great. But that isn't Windows 8, that is the apps/programs being made for Windows 8.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
