All the god damn eavesdropping missions in the Assassin's Creed games. Every other mission I end up getting into a random fight because I accidentally bumped a guard or citizen, causing the target to get suspicious and I'm out of sync.
Also, a lot of the 100% sync requirements in AC games that have to eventually get patched, because they were either impossible or broken. I could actually go on forever about JUST AC games now that I think about it.
