One last comment I want to make. EA has some kind of deal with MSFT correct. now if MSFT does block used games and Sony does not I would not doubt if EA puts all of there games as timed exclusives on MSFT's console so all games are sold as new for let's say 1-6 months. It wouldn't be out of the normal if many publishers and developers would take the same approach so for all of the sony fans saying this is dumb, well it is not. it is a business strategy that will help publishers and developers (which they have been screaming about for years. Do you guys really not think they won't take advantage of this?) and in return help MSFT. So if they team up together (which they will) then it isnt looking so high and mighty for sony any more seeing as MSFT would be getting timed exclusives from many big games. So before you guys draw conclusions without even thinking them through try thinking.

If this made any logical sense (and it doesn't), this would have been done this gen when publishers realized how easy it was to pirate 360 versions of their games. Or it would've been done two, three, or four generations ago, when publishers found out how easy it was for their games to be pirated on the PC.

On the subject of the "Always On, Always Connected" rumor. If true, I don't see what the big deal is with this. My PC is always on and always connected to the internet. And my PS3 turns itself on automatically to download patches and updates at 4 in the morning. Either of these can be turned off by my choosing, so I'm sure the Next Box would have it as a mandatory feature.

The rest of the subjects of your post were either addressed by someone else, or completely ignored as they should have been.

The Playstation Avenger has spoken.

Oh so DRM wasnt created?  Online passes?  forget about that stuff or the fact that developers and publishers has wanted to block used games for years?

Let's just tak ea look at EA and Ubisoft's DRM strategy and tell me that they dont want to block used games?  Then you have sony which are going to allow them to make the choice to block used games.  Do you really think developers and publishers are going to be nice and not block them?  They have already proved that they want to block them with some very sketchy strategies

What?? I bet you don't even realize you turned a rumor into a fact. Wasn't that the original point of your OP? Maybe you forgot?

I would address the rest of your reply, but it seems like it was all predicated on the rumor you turned into a fact in your own head.

I'm saying both are speculation at the moment but sense you dont want to debate on the subject your comment in general was pretty needless.

No. You weren't saying they were both speculation. That's why there isn't any reason to have a debate. You either A) are incapable of remembering the main point if your own OP, or B) pick and choose which rumors are factual.

If you read it, the very first line mentions this being a rumor turned into something else.  Then i go on to showing all the things people are ingoring like the fact that we dont even know that publishers etc wont block games on PS4.  You have yet to ta;l about anything and instead it seems to me you are attacking me instead because you have nothng else to say.

Yes, you started out by mentioning rumors being turned into facts. Then you turned a rumor into a fact. I'm not attacking you. If anything, you're attacking yourself.

I am the Playstation Avenger.
