Resistance is much better and more unappreciated. The first Infamous was solid but yes I would call Infamous 2 very very underrated and unappreciated. It literally was as big of a jump of Uncharted DF-Uncharted 2.
As for God of War and Killzone, just like them. God of War has always been very consistent. Even the Origins games are very good considering they were PSP releases. Killzone 2 was awesome but Killzone 3 is a bit overrated. Still a good game though.
