So it's nothing to do with 720, just similar specs?

They are refering to the architectural changes from 7770 to 7790 and speculate that Xbox 720 will have those too. Basically they think the GPU in 720 will be not based on Cap Verde but on Bonaire and cut down from that. Which would be a good thing for the 720.
