Yeah but DD on PC is a wide open market where multiple businesses compete for your dollar. Steam is just one of those platforms. On consoles you only have PSN for Sony platforms, XBL for MS platforms, and the eShop or whatever for Nintendo. Even outside of Steam sales, DD games on PC get ridiculous sales all the time. I have a hard time believing publishers would treat console owners the same way, especially given how DLC transformed both markets this gen.
