Just look at the Price its mid end.
low end: <7770
Mid end: 7770, 7790, 7850, 7870
High end: 7950 7970
Enthusiast: 7990
720 GPU will be between 7770 and 7790
PS4 Gpu will be between 7850 and 7870
Atleast as it stands right now.
Edit: I should add Xbox next Gpu will be closer to 7770 and PS4 closer to 7850 when it comes to tflop performance.
