Do the games that have mandatory installs on ps3 have no used games sales? Do the current games installed on the xbox 360 have no used sales? Why would things suddenly change than?

No, but it could change because third parties "demand" it.

did it change for nintendo or sony this gen? wouldn't third parties demand it of them too? I dont see why MS would be singled out for this or why there is reason to assume this when they haven't made any steps in this directon in the past.
