If Euope feels differently, then let them build up their own military to assure their defences. - Reduce the military presence in Asia. Some say China is becoming a threat to countries like Japan and South Korea. If that's true, then let Japan and South Korea defend themselves.

- Stop giving money to most friendly nations. They don't really need it. (Sorry Israel, Western Europe, Japan, South Korea.)
