I can't tell if you're being serious or not. There's no character/3D model out there, in gaming, that looks better. Even David Cage's PS4 demo (which was fantastic, might I add), isn't on this level.

The ear looks unrealistic. The nose and eyebrow are extra shiny to a point where it's unrealistic. It's not impressive at all.
