100m would certainly put it up there with the most expensive production budgets. 100m on advertising is crazy, but iirc Microsoft spent around 200m on Halo 3's advertising. EDIT: n/m, the link I found had to be wrong. Closer to 30m+
In that respect, Infinite's ad budget is money better spent since Halo 3 didn't include hiring that sexy model Ormeli...
