Honestly? In most instances, I would have torn off about a mile of TP and lifted the seat with it. I've worked at a convenience store, things like that are beyond appreciated. However, if it was so badly soiled that it was clear that they've given up on cleaning it, then maybe not.
I definitely wouldn't have stopped once I started, though.
I probably would have said something like, "if it was clean, I would have lifted it, but it's too disgusting to touch. Speaking of disgusting, if you don't stop watching me piss, you perverted old bastard, I'm going to call the police and have you charged with a sexual harassment and make sure your picture is plastered all over the local papers."
