I refuse to use public restrooms unless I have no other choice. They are gross as hell and if I saw something like that I wouldnt have and I would have probably thrown up. The old man sounds like an ass clown. I get that he wants the place clean but if it was already nasty then that is a different story. It's a courtesy thing. Either way I wouldnt give it another thought if I was you. Good story though haha
