Doesn't sound terrible to me.

Only thing I hope for is that if a game is installed, has a activation code and not played from the disc, will I be able to de-activate the game from that console, thus allowing me to buy/sell as used.

Nothing is for certain yet, but if for some reason this is like a one time use system and it kills my chances of buying and/or selling my games then I will keep away. I don't have unlimited funds these days, so for the first time ever, beginning this generation, I have been selling my games to buy new games. I don't buy them used.

Like I said though, nothing is for certain. For all we know we can install these games on multiple consoles, but I doubt this is the case. No doubt there HAS to be an activation code.

See that is exactly what I do too. People say second hand market doesn't put money back to developers, but I trade old games in to purchase BRAND NEW Games. The people buying the used games are essentially buying the new games for me.

yes but say you turn in halo and gears for cod so two for one.  those two used games will give the devloper any money when they are bought used.  So while it helps you buy the new game your also hurting the developer by putting two used games on the market
