Always on/connected seems to me more in line with the rumors that MS wants to position it as a cable box / pvr as well. Doesn't mean anything for blocking the 2nd hand market yet.

However mandatory full game installs sounds annoying. 500gb is going to be very little for next gen games + movies/tv + other media. Play while installing sounds nice on paper, but doesn't lead to great first impressions. Buying a new game then first figuring out what to delete is not ideal.

I don't think anything about blocking 2nd hand games is set in stone yet. I'm sure there is plenty of pressure from publishers to make it easy to implement in both ps4 and 720, supported by pc gamers being fine with online DRM. (and no 2nd hand market) Sure there is plenty of complaining, sales figures say otherwise.
