I got my first forum ban ever ... from NeoGAF of all places ... and I don't get why

But in general, yeah, gaf sucks.  You have to tiptoe around everything in case your precious account gets banned because screw waiting six months for another account to get approved.

Never modded or warned before.  Not even any beef with others.  Nothing.

Why are you confused about any of it ?

 

Its all obvious. It doesn't matter what intentions you had or how you think it wasn't that bad or others got away with worse. Life isn't fair. And nobody cares.

 

You posted a picture with gay and Bill Cosby making a confused or even disgusted face. Actually he looks kinda disgusted and confused at the same time to me. Someone might take offence maybe just 1 out of 100 persons but thats enough. If it isn't obviously sarcastic or a social comment this pic will get you banned eventually everywhere except 4chan . 

 

I personally wouldn't even notice the pic but you can't blame anyone but yourself for taking a risk and post a pic that can be interpreted in several ways. Its that simple. And you should stop defending yourself its pointless, someone thought you crossed a line, end of story.
