God of War is only a recycling of the previous GoW games, obviously Sony know how to milk that series, but as a gamer who played all the GoW games I've been disappointed. MGR:R has big flaws in its combat system, it's short, full of f*cking QTEs... and level design was very boring and flat. DmC is exactly what the series after DMC 2 and DMC 4 needed. Great gameplay, much deeper than combat system with Nero in DMC 4. Awesome level and art design and even better soundtrack. SSadistically SSSensational reboot ! |
milking is not having just 2 games in a gen. I had a blast with GoW. New adventure, MP, new combat tweaks (most notably rage meter), best final boss in series history, and best visuals on current gen=not milking
