Wow. You guys really have no faith in the Vita if you actually believe that the Wii U is gonna outsell it this year.

Your right we don't lol. The Wii U sold more in 3 months than Vita's first 10 months or so, so yes we believe when the games come Wii U will sell more.

This is a sweet form of cherrypicking :) You are aware that if you align the launch of both consoles, Vita was doing 50% better than Wii U is doing at this point? But I guess that such a fair comparison wouldn't support your argument... Tells much about it :P

This is going to be a great competition between these two platforms, but Vita has the upper hand so far, because Vita games actually ARE COMING, while Wii U games MAY COME OR NOT in 2013.

Ok, if your going to accuse me of cherry picking your going to have to explain how that's unfair comparsion, otherwise your claim is unsupport and in vaild. Also your cherry picking a stat to bloster your point too, so dont be a hypocrite. Want a fair metric to compare them? ok, how about the fist three months after launch, by the end of Feb. 2012 Vita had sold 1.2 million, and Wii U sold over 3 million, there that is fair, and you lose again.

BTW, writing in caps don't help convince people your right, it makes you look angry and crazy.  Actually we know good Wii U games are coming, Monster Hunter just released for one.

Wii U got better out of the gate, but then dived much worse than Vita did and at this point is doing much worse. When talking about 2013 sales this is an important factor, because it tells us about the momentum the consoles have and Vita is ahead in this department. The sales from week 1-3 aren't as important at this point as the momentum. You were suggesting in your argument as if Wii U was really wiping the floor with Vita, while it's clearly not the case. Vita has been selling more steady than Wii U and is clearly rising right now, while there is no sign on the horison for Wii U to get out of the 30k/week slump. There will be some games or the West released soon and the pricecut will come a week before them, which will also bolster sales. I really doubt Nintendo will cut the price earlier than November.

@bold - that's just your opinion. I'm strenghtening the fact that Nintendo fans are constantly ignoring and maybe that's just making you angry? The games are coming, but WHEN is the big question here and the most important factor. Will they come in 2013? Who can really tell? I mean, they have to throw something out for Christmas to try and fight PS4/X720, but considering how they are struggling with Pikmin 3 I can easily see many games getting delayed as well or Nintendo strongly embracing the patch option with giving us sub-Nintendo quality unfinished games. Vita on the other hand has games announced and getting released all the time now (especially in Japan). We have a decent release calendar in the West. At the same time the Wii U games are in the same pack as the yet unannounced Vita games (like the next Sony Bend game, AC: Rising Phoenix, next CoD, MGSVita: Phantom Pain, etc.), so games that nobody is including in the calculations so far - and for a reason. There is a huge difference between a game getting released soon and a game just being announced for some distant future.

And seriously, yet another port of MH3 is a good game? Seriously? Now, when MH4 is going to be released soon and everyone has already played this game on Wii or 3DS? You think it will help Nintendo sell more than a handful of consoles? If it was MH4, it would be huge, but it's just an old port and I can't see it being a major factor driving hardware sales. I think that even MH fans, while waiting for MH4, would rather buy a much cheaper Vita for SS and God Eater 2 rather than Wii U and yet another copy of the old MH3.

1.Are you really trying to claim the Wii U's sales dived worse than the Vita's lol? I suggest you go look at the first 6 weeks of both consoles sales after launch, and see how much your wrong about that. Vita week one sales in Japan were 325,000, the next week 74,000, and then drop even further to a low of 12,000 by feb.28th, 2012 , and a the pathern followed in the other regions. The Wii U's drop wasn't that bad as Vita because it maintined sales in the six figures until January  of 2013. Vita sold steadily after the bottom fell out of its sales after the first two weeks, and it only sold like 20,000 worldwide for most of the its first, the Wii U is doing better than that worldwide right now by about 10,000 each week, so its not quite how you say it is. Yes, Vita is rising now, but its because of the price cut, and not these games like you claim. Do you think these games are going to outsell Uncharted, or Persona 4 Golden? No, they won't.

2.No, I'm not angry, I'm just laughing at your assertion that these Vita games are going to sell the system so much better in the West. Speaking of Pikmin 3, its has release date in Japan for this spring, so that's not the distant future. Also, everything saying about when games will relase or if Nintendo will delay games, is just opinion as well. Most people pretty know what games are going to be annouced at E3, the new Smash Bros, the New Mario Kart, and the Mario Universe, which will crush the sales of any of those Vita games. Your glancing over the fact most of the Vita games are just waterdown console games with broken contorls, like the first Cod games, and the Resistance game,so those new ones arent likley to move many systems.  There are Wii U games besides MW3, like Lego City, and Need for Speed, and yes MW3 is a good game, because the quality of game has nothing to do with sales, look at Aliens:Colonial Marines or Duke Nukem Forever lol.
