If the news of Sony co-developing, providing SE with resources to complete the game, then there is a pretty good chances of the game being a PS4 exclusive. also a timed exclusive makes more sense, just like bioshock/mass effect was, where developers for a year didnt say anything about PS3 version, and when they release FFXV on 720 after a year sony can split the profit with SE. But having said that, with PS4 Sony has done some crazy stuff by going back to the roots of the first playstation, and changed hell lot of policies and approach, so FF being PS4 exclusive is not out of question at all.
